1.Development plan
We use Lingqiu county's high quality raw materials to set up the industrial chain,which include iron exploitation-reduced iron-reduced iron powder-powder metallurgy.The scale of production and the product quality is ahead of the industry.Our company is the pure steel and special steel raw materials base and the powder metallurgy production and marketing base.Dongtian Mining Corporation has world leading technology and equipment and it will cooperate with MIDREX,by import the production line and the complete equipment from American to build the biggest ultrapure iron powder production line in the world.This project fill many domestic gaps in this field,it also changed the raw material import situation.
2.Construction Projects
The ultrapure iron powder project took 2 years for investigation,the company has build relationships with Beijing University of Science and Technology\Beijing Research Institute of Mining Metallurgy\China Iron and Steel Association\Chinese Academy of Sciences Zhenzhou station\National Thermal Energy Research Center\Beijing Capital Iron and Steel Company\Taiyuan Iron and Steel Company\Anshan Iron and Steel Company,furthermore authorized them to conduct the scientific researches and experiments.In December 2014,they finished,in January 2015,Anhui Maanshan Iron and Steel Engineering Technology Group Ore Mine Designing Institute completed.The construction work was started at 24th June 2015,we expected to begin production at 30th July 2016.
The major equipment was imported from Germany with advanced technology and low energy consumption.The equipment recycles the industry waste water,no discharge,no pollution.it conforms to the national environmental protection policy.The project site was on barren mountain among mining tailings,never occupy woodlands and farmlands. The project realized a new economic model .
3.The development superiority
The raw material superiority:The grade of crude ore is over 35%.The magnetite crystalline particles are bid enough to be grinded and extracted.After the first phase of grinding and magnetic extracting process,we can produce a concentrate grading in excess of 69%.The sio2 content is less than 3%,the other impurities are on very low levels.
The production process superiority
Instead of traditional three-phase ball grinding,we use one-phase vertical type ball mill to produce fine iron powder.The advantages:the consumption of steel ball is very low,(less than 0.3kg/t iron ore).grinding fineness is high (-400m 95%).Mining dressing processes of application of one-phase magnetic separation with sieve,weak magnetic separation, and five-time reverse flotation indicate a quality assurance of obtaining beneficiation datum .
